Thesis and submission format at AIIMS Delhi

AIIMS runs its own thesis calendar rather than following a state health university. The protocol is due within four months of joining (the Dean may relax this by two months; failure cancels registration), and the MD/MS thesis by 30 June for the December examination or 30 November for the May one, with at most 15 days' grace at the Dean's discretion. DM/MCh theses run to 31 August and 31 January, and the six-year DM/MCh path requires two protocols and two theses. Every thesis must be cleared by plagiarism-checking software before submission, and no thesis is accepted without prior ethical clearance obtained before the work began. Page count and binding are published separately from these academic rules — check your department's current format sheet, and order the guide, examiner and personal copies together so the finish matches.

Printing at AIIMS Delhi

Busy periods: Ranked 1st in NIRF Medical 2025 — its eighth consecutive year at the top. Thesis volume is bimodal around the 30 June and 30 November deadlines, and the surrounding Gautam Nagar belt is also one of the densest NEET PG revision-notes markets in the country, so colour notes printing runs alongside dissertation work year-round.

Send your university's binding spec along with the PDF if you need a specific cover layout.

Can I get my notes and assignments printed and bound online for AIIMS Delhi?

Yes. Upload your PDF, choose black & white or colour (A5 B&W ₹0.35/page, A4 B&W ₹0.48, colour ₹1, all double-sided), and add spiral binding (₹40) or soft binding (₹60) per volume if you want it. We print and courier the order to your hostel or department in New Delhi. The exact total shows before you pay.

Who is OnlinePrintout, and are you affiliated with AIIMS Delhi?

OnlinePrintout is an independent online printing service, GST and MSME registered. We are not affiliated with All India Institute of Medical Sciences Delhi; students and staff simply order from us, and every order is tracked from payment to delivery.

Can you print an MD / MS dissertation for AIIMS Delhi?

Yes. Postgraduate dissertations are printed on A4 bond paper and hardbound with the cover and spine text you supply, following AIIMS Delhi's own submission spec. Order all required copies (guide, examiner, institutional, personal) in one go so the finish matches across the set. Check the current spec with your department before ordering, since universities revise it.

Can I get NEET PG or MBBS notes printed at AIIMS Delhi?

Yes. Upload the note PDFs you own (your own subscription downloads or notes you made yourself) and we print them in colour at ₹1 per page double-sided, which matters for pathology, dermatology and radiology images. We can spiral-bind subject-wise volumes and deliver them to New Delhi. We do not sell or supply any notes.

Which AIIMS Delhi programs order from OnlinePrintout?

Students in MBBS, MD, MS, MCh and other programs order notes, assignments, project reports and study material. The service is the same for every program: you upload the file and set the paper, colour, copies and binding.

How fast does delivery to New Delhi take?

Standard delivery to New Delhi takes 2-7 working days from payment confirmation, estimated by pincode at checkout. We do not offer same-day or guaranteed next-day delivery, so plan around submission deadlines.
